Helping Seniors Stay Engaged, Healthy & Happy in Their Own Communities
About Me:
Hello! My name is Chloe, and I’m a friendly home visitor with a background in nursing and a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors through engaging, creative and evidence based activities that benefit their health and bring them joy.I was born and raised in Toronto, where my love of healthcare blossomed while volunteering with paramedics on ambulances, during my health sciences degree at Western University and my subsequent nursing degree at the University of Toronto. My career began as a home-visiting public health nurse for the city of Toronto, a role that allowed me to support individuals and families across Toronto. For over a decade, I volunteered at Baycrest Hospital, contributing to a variety of programs, including friendly visiting, outpatient day programs, and the art studio. I’m also a lifelong learner in the arts, having taken classes in painting, ceramics, and drawing, as well as completing up to Level 7 in piano with the Royal Conservatory of Music. In addition to English, I’m fluent in Hebrew, and have some knowledge of French, Spanish and Yiddish.
